Effective September 10, 2026. TrueWave offers optional SMS and MMS about inquiries, demo scheduling, appointment reminders, and customer support. With separate marketing consent, messages may also include product news, offers, and sales follow up.

Joining and charges

Choose the message categories you want using the optional checkboxes on our inquiry form. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your request, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email results@truewaveusa.com. Don't submit someone else's number or consent on their behalf.

Delivery and privacy

Delivery depends on your wireless service and isn't guaranteed. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If your number changes, let us know so we can update your preferences.
