TrueWave USA, LLC
Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using TrueWave USA, LLC's website, consultation scheduling, and online resources.
Effective September 10, 2026.
1. Website use
Please use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting an appointment. Only submit information you're authorized to share. Don't impersonate another person, interfere with our services, introduce harmful software, or try to access accounts or information without permission.
2. Information and consultations
Our website explains TrueWave's focused wave technology and business services. Website content and consultations are for general information and business discussion. They aren't medical, legal, or financial advice. We don't guarantee a particular business result, revenue level, or suitability for every practice.
3. Scheduling and demonstrations
Appointment availability is shown through our scheduling provider. Follow the confirmation and calendar instructions to join, reschedule, or cancel. A consultation helps us discuss your goals and whether an in person demonstration makes sense. Demonstrations require a separate arrangement with our team and depend on location and availability. Booking a consultation isn't a purchase or a promise of financing, device availability, or a demonstration.
4. Purchases and separate agreements
Product purchases, financing, shipping, returns, warranties, training commitments, and partner arrangements are governed by the applicable written agreements and terms provided for those transactions. These website terms don't replace or change a signed agreement. Nothing on this page establishes a new refund policy, warranty extension, financing approval, or payment obligation.
5. Customer accounts and resources
If you have access to our customer portal, protect your login details and use only the information and resources you're authorized to access. Let us know about suspected unauthorized use. We may restrict access to protect our systems or address misuse, subject to applicable agreements and law. Account access doesn't transfer ownership of our materials.
6. Website materials
TrueWave and its licensors retain rights in website content, branding, training resources, and other materials. You may view them for legitimate business evaluation or authorized use. Don't copy, distribute, modify, or use our branding commercially without permission or an applicable license. Third party names and materials belong to their respective owners.
7. External services and AI assistance
Booking, video meetings, and other linked services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Their availability isn't guaranteed by TrueWave. AI generated responses or summaries can contain errors; confirm important product, scheduling, and account information with our team and the applicable written documents.
8. Privacy and messaging
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Optional SMS and MMS communications are also subject to our Messaging Terms of Service and Inquiry and Messaging Privacy Policy. Using this website or booking a consultation doesn't by itself provide consent to marketing texts.
9. Availability and your rights
We work to keep our website useful and accurate, but content can change and interruptions or errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information and access are provided as available, without a promise that they're uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that can't lawfully be excluded, or overrides an applicable written product warranty.
10. Updates and questions
We'll identify changes by updating the date on this page. Changes to website terms don't rewrite existing signed agreements. For questions or permission to use materials, contact TrueWave USA, LLC at results@truewaveusa.com.
